About this event
The practice of Green Tara belongs to the Vajrayana class of meditations. Tara is considered the embodiment of the activity of all the buddhas.
The practice text is chanted in English on the second and fourth Monday of the month, and in Tibetan on the third and fifth Monday of the month.
The practice is led alternately by Lama Eric and Ani Tsultrim.
You do not need to have received the Green Tara empowerment to attend.
