Imagine a cross between a joyful dance party and a healing group journaling session and you have Beverly Whitewolff’s Music and Movement workshops. Her structured but instruction-less movement experiences are great for all bodies and all abilities and will meet your need for release, renewal, connection, creativity, and appreciation for what the body can do, as well as a new way of exercising.
