About this event
In a group Gyrotonic class, four clients work with one instructor. Group equipment classes combine machine-based exercise with mat work. Clients are expected to be able to work more independently and set up their equipment. Experience with Gyrotonic and dance, plus teacher approval, is required to join this class.
