About this event
Join the Camas Earth Day Society and TSMC WA for this amazing community event!
They're looking for some volunteers to help plant, mulch and remove invasives at the TSMC WA Rewilding site on Parker Street, November 7th, from 8:00 AM to noon. You can find this opportunity on our events page here .
• Park at 5220 NW Parker Street, Camas - the northern most section of Skyridge Middle School lot. The event site will be just north of that as you head toward Lake Road (see map below).
• There will be light snacks/beverages, tools, and guidance for your great volunteer work efforts.
• Please wear closed toe shoes and dress for the weather.
• Accessibility note: The accessibility is quite limited as this is a large open, semi-rutted field that is tough in places just to push a wheelbarrow to bring mulch or access planting spaces. The blackberry task is on a steep slope. If you have questions, contact Juan P. Olivares Enei at TSMC WA (971) 431-9704.
Listed by Lower Columbia Nature Network (Squarespace), gathered by the Portland events calendar.
